Booking with Iylashextensions LLC means you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.
- All appointments made with us are on a request basis. Vagaro sends us a notification that a client wants to book and we accept. If we have any questions we will contact you. You will get a notification that your appointment is accepted and at that time it's official. ( NO foreign fills must book as a new client that include removal if needed )
- We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. All no shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
- Usually we are booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting. Anything more than 15 min. you will be charged 50% of your appointment scheduled and will need to reschedule. If within the 15 min, I will continue your appointment and the appointment will end as according to schedule
